I have 30 years experience in Information Technology (IT) and Process Management (Lean Six Sigma), with a singular passion for helping companies understand and optimize operational processes to reduce costs and improve customer experience.
I began my career in technical disciplines and data center management (Maritz), then shifted to leadership roles in network engineering, business analysis and senior program management (BJC Healthcare, Savvis Communications).
In 2010, I transitioned to lead a global process improvement team of lean six sigma professionals responsible for Savvis’ large, cross-functional process optimization initiatives. For the next six years, this team was instrumental in helping to create award-winning customer care and customer experience (CX) programs. I concluded my corporate years with Centurylink, spending two years leading Process Design and Business Architecture.

In late 2016, I founded Lean Stigmatics, a St. Louis-based process consulting firm with a unique focus: in addition to providing overall process and continuous improvement (CI) guidance to companies, we have launched a truly innovative capability, CI as a service. In other words, we offer our customers outsourced continuous improvement programs.
