We led process reviews and lean process workshops for Doorways, a fast-growing, nonprofit organization who needed to maximize their resources, eliminate waste and optimize their IT resources.
We helped the teams to discover ways to reduce or eliminate pain points, bottlenecks and followed up with facilitated brainstorming. Many ideas came from this collaboration.
